GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas, Nov. 2, 2026 — Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Greenview Tech Centre Building E, a 37,786-square-foot industrial flex property.
“The buyer was completing a 1031 exchange and was attracted to the property's cap rate and the opportunity to convert space to office and warehouse use for future lease-up,” said Brad Mills, director investments. “The acquisition also allows the buyer to continue expanding its industrial portfolio.”
Mills, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap's Fort Worth office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a Florida-based investor, and procured the buyer, David Reid Properties, a California-based investor.
Built in 1981, the 37,786-square-foot property sits on 1.45 acres and offers flex industrial and office space. The property is located near State Highway 360 and interstates 20 and 30, with access to Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. Greenview Tech Centre Building E is located at 830 Greenview Drive.
