In order to enjoy MyMMI you must agree to our terms and conditions (referred to herein as the “Client Portal Terms and Conditions”). If you do not wish to agree, a MyMMI account will not be able to be created.
By checking the box below, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understand, and will comply with Marcus & Millichap’s Terms of Use and that you have read, understand, and consent to Marcus & Millichap’s Privacy Policy.
You further acknowledge, understand, and agree that by creating an account on MyMMI, by accessing the Client Portal, and by subscribing thereby to information contained in or related to any research reports prepared or provided by Marcus & Millichap, including the various reports and informational resources published under Trends & Perspectives or Market Reports, certain client information and data provided by you will be retained by Marcus & Millichap, to the extent permitted by law, and for as long as may be reasonably or legally required, notwithstanding any request to delete such information, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary as set forth in the Privacy Policy, as may be necessary to:
• Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with customer expectations based on their relationship with Marcus & Millichap;
• Comply with Marcus & Millichap’s legal obligations as a licensed real estate brokerage company; and
• Otherwise use client data internally in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which such information was provided to Marcus & Millichap.
Such client data and information may include, but is not limited to, information contained in or related to the tracking and enforcement of your access to MyMMI and your continuing compliance with the Client Portal Terms and Conditions, as well as the tracking and enforcement of any Confidentiality or Non-Disclosure Agreements, Listing Agreements, Purchase Agreements, Letters of Intent, or Purchase Offers, among other records pertaining to Marcus & Millichap’s ongoing licensed real estate brokerage activities and transactions.
