Marcus & Millichap Arranges $2.6 Million Sale of Longstanding Starbucks in Jacksonville, Florida

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Oct. 1, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the $2.6 million sale of a 1,710-square-foot Starbucks property.
“This is a longstanding Starbucks location that commanded an aggressive sale cap rate despite having only about five years remaining on the lease,” said Chris Lind, senior managing director investments. “It shows buyers are willing to pay up for quality sites.”
Lind, Mark Ruble and Zack House, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Phoenix office, in association with Ryan Nee, Marcus & Millichap's Florida broker of record, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a Delaware limited liability company, and procured the buyer, a Florida limited liability company.
The property is located at 9661 San Jose Blvd. and was built in 2001. Starbucks has operated at the location for approximately 25 years and has just more than five years remaining on its corporate lease, which includes 8% rent increases every five years and multiple renewal options. The buyer plans to hold the property as a long-term investment.
