TUCSON, Ariz., Sept. 24, 2026 — Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a Black Rock Coffee property, a net-leased retail asset in Tucson, Arizona, for $2,480,000.

The property is located at 6295 E. 22nd St. and is leased to Black Rock Coffee Bar under an absolute triple-net lease with approximately 14 years remaining and 10% rent increases every five years. Black Rock Coffee Bar operates locations across seven states, including more than 50 in Arizona. The buyer plans to hold the property as a long-term investment.
