RICHARDSON, Texas, Sept. 10, 2026 — Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Taqueria & Tamaleria Nuevo Leon & Paleteria Nuevo Leon, a 6,000-square-foot two-tenant retail property.

The buyer was a local private investor.
