Marcus & Millichap Brokers $2.5M Sale of Industrial Property in the North Shore Region of Massachusetts

MIDDLETON, Mass., July 10, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of an industrial condominium in Middleton. The asset sold for $2,525,000.

Edenkrans and Luigi Lessa of Marcus & Millichap exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller, E Homes Realty, LLC, and procured the buyer, Richardson Green.

The property is split into a 7,025-square-foot warehouse, a 2,975-square-foot showroom on the first floor and a 2,975-square-foot second floor office space.
