Marcus & Millichap Appoints National Director of Net Lease Division

CALABASAS, Calif., June 25, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today that Thomas Gorman has been appointed senior managing director and leader of its national net lease division, a newly created leadership role that reflects Marcus & Millichap’s continued investment in expanding the firm’s national net lease business. Gorman will oversee the ongoing growth of the national net lease division, partner with agents to strengthen existing industry relationships, and untap strategic growth opportunities.

During his over 20-year career, Gorman has held senior positions with national commercial real estate platforms where he advised institutional investors, REITs, developers, and private clients on net lease acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and portfolio strategy. He began his career in commercial real estate as a single-tenant net-leased investment advisor. In addition to being a successful broker, Gorman has recruited, trained, and mentored investment sales teams and launched brokerage offices.
