CRYSTAL, Minn., March 3, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Krystal Kourt Apartments, a 36-unit multifamily property in Crystal, Minnesota, for $2.97 million.
“This property has been held by the same ownership from more than 40 years, making the transaction particularly notable,” said Abe Roberts, managing director investments. “With sustained demand for workforce housing in the submarket, we expect strong rent growth to continue.”
Roberts and Michael Jacobs, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Krystal Kourt, LLC, and procured the buyer, Park Place Off Broadway, LLC.
