SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich., March 3, 2026 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Ashmun Creek Apartments, a 91-unit multifamily property in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan.
