Marcus & Millichap Brokers Sale of Net-Leased Childcare Facility in Avon, Indiana

AVON, Ind., June 5, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a net-leased childcare facility occupied by The Learning Grove Academy in Avon, Indiana.

Built in 2009, the 17,704-square-foot facility is located at 7651 Beechwood Centre Road on 3.17 acres, about 20 minutes from Indianapolis International Airport. Specializing in play-based learning and developmentally focused care, The Learning Grove is a rapidly expanding early education operator with 120 locations and additional acquisitions in progress.
