FORT WORTH, Texas, April 21, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of 913 Houston Street, an 11,760-square-foot vacant retail asset in downtown Fort Worth, Texas.
