Marcus & Millichap Brokers $9 Million Sale of Multi-Tenant Retail Center Near Atlanta Airport

ATLANTA, April 16, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Red Oak Village, a 75,011-square-foot retail center in Atlanta, Georgia, for $9 million.

Valiani and Alex Goodale, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Orlando office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Y & H Property Inc., and procured the buyer, BJ & Properties LLC. John Leonard is the firm’s broker of record in Georgia.
Located at 3435 Roosevelt Highway, the four-building center spans 9.86 acres and is home to 22 tenants, including Family Dollar, Wayfield Foods, T-Mobile and the U.S. Postal Service. All tenants operate under triple-net leases. The property is five miles from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and recently underwent capital improvements, including new roofs, upgraded HVAC systems and exterior renovations.
