COLUMBIA, Md., April 22, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of 6822 Oak Hall Lane, a 39,096-square-foot industrial property located in Columbia, Maryland. The property sold for $7.75 million.
