Marcus & Millichap Arranges $5.2 Million Sale of Grocery-Anchored Retail Asset in Rego Park

March 03, 2025

NEW YORK, Mar. 3, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a 9,640-square-foot building anchored by C-Town Supermarket in Rego Park, Queens, New York. The property sold for $5,205,000.

“This property is located in the heart of the retail market in Queens,” said Joseph C. French Jr. “We were able to create a bidding war, which allowed us to achieve the highest price the market would pay.”

Joseph C. French Jr. and Kodi Traver, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Westchester office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer, both private investors.

Located at 94-02 to 94-06 63rd Drive, the grocery-anchored strip features three additional service-oriented tenants and 100 feet of retail frontage on 63rd Drive, adjacent to Queens Boulevard. Positioned at a high-traffic intersection in Rego Park’s retail core, the property benefits from strong visibility and foot traffic. Nearby national retailers include Costco, Aldi and At Home.
