Marcus & Millichap Negotiates the Sale of Atlantic & Slauson Shopping Center, a 17,610-SF Retail Property in Maywood, California

MAYWOOD, Calif., March 24, 2025 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Atlantic & Slauson Shopping Center, a 17,610-square-foot retail property located in Maywood, California. The asset sold with a 4.17% cap rate.

Atlantic & Slauson Shopping Center is located at 5900 Atlantic Boulevard in Maywood, California, a signalized corner location at the intersection of Atlantic Boulevard and Slauson Avenue. “The closing was a value-add opportunity by bringing rents to market and improving the property’s condition,” added Duong.
