Seth Haron, Managing Director Investments in Marcus & Millichap's Detroit office, was recognized by Crain's Detroit as part of its 40 Under 40 program.
The annual program recognizes professionals under age 40 who have made notable contributions within their industries and communities. Haron was selected for his accomplishments in medical office investment sales and his role advising corporate and private clients on acquisitions and dispositions nationwide.
Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2012, Haron has closed over 173 transactions totaling more than $719 million. He specializes exclusively in medical office properties, helping clients align investment strategies with long-term objectives through market-driven analysis and execution. In 2025, he ranked among the top three agents in the firm's Detroit office and among the top 10 medical office advisors nationwide.
Haron also co-founded a national brokerage partnership that has completed more than $1 billion in transactions, providing integrated investment sales, financing and advisory services. He was named a 2025 CoStar Influencer in Healthcare and has received multiple Sales Recognition Awards, as well as CoStar Power Broker and CoStar Impact Award honors.
