William D. Graves Jr.

William Graves is a First Vice President in Marcus & Millichap’s Charleston office, specializing in multifamily properties across the Carolinas and Georgia. Will joined Marcus & Millichap in 2016 specializing in the sale of Multifamily properties. Will is a founding partner of the LLG Group, completing transactions valued over $810 million.

His accomplishments include receiving the Sales Recognition Award in 2022 and 2023, being name to the Charleston Regional Business Journal 40 under 40 based on their career achievements and philanthropic efforts in the community. He also received the award for closing the largest transaction in the region in 2021 for Marcus and Millichap.

Prior to Commercial Real Estate Will received his Bachelors Degree in Business from the University of South Carolina Upstate George Dean Johnson Business School. While attending the University he earned a Golf Scholarship and was a board member of the Marketing and Accounting Club.
