Trent Nicioli is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap's Chicago Oak Brook office, specializing in multifamily investment sales. Before joining Marcus & Millichap in 2025, Trent worked in multifamily investment sales, giving him experience in the asset class that predates his time with the firm. His perspective on multifamily real estate is also informed by growing up around his family's real estate portfolio, which provided early exposure to property ownership and investment considerations. He is currently pursuing the CCIM designation to further strengthen his investment analysis and advisory expertise.
A native of Glenview, Illinois, Trent studied biology at St. Norbert College. Outside of commercial real estate, he enjoys hockey and golf.
