Steve Sauter has over 32 years of experience in commercial real estate specializing in retail shopping centers and single tenant investments located nationwide. He is a Senior Director of the company's National Retail Division, a Senior Director of the company's National Net Leased Division, and has received many sales awards for his outstanding performance.
Steve has transacted more than $1.15 billion in retail sales and has been honored by Marcus & Millichap Board of Directors with the prestigious designation of Senior Managing Director Investments. Steve is highly respected and well-known, both within the firm and the industry.
