A recent graduate of the University of Oregon’s Lundquist College of Business with a double concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship, Sam brings a distinctive blend of traditional finance acumen and cutting-edge technological insight to his role.

Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Sam fine-tuned his analytical and market research skills through targeted internships, notably at Keller Williams Realty. His background in Finance is enriched by a minor in Computer and Information Technology, giving him a unique toolkit for the modern age. This CIT minor specifically equips him to employ frameworks for in-depth market evaluations and data analysis, effectively meeting the diverse demands of today's commercial real estate landscape.
