Salim Bhaidani

Salim Bhaidani is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Worth office. Specializing in net lease investment properties and single-tenant retail, he advises property owners and private investors on the acquisition and disposition of convenience stores, gas stations, liquor stores, truck stops and retail investment properties throughout Texas.

Bhaidani brings a unique perspective to retail investment sales, combining commercial real estate expertise with more than 15 years of hands-on experience owning and operating gas stations. His background allows him to evaluate both the real estate and business operations behind a property, helping clients accurately assess value, identify qualified investors, navigate financing and due diligence challenges, and execute successful transactions. He specializes in the sale of convenience stores, gas stations, truck stops and single-tenant and multi-tenant retail investment properties across Texas.

Before joining Marcus & Millichap in 2020, Bhaidani worked as a residential real estate agent and completed 37 transactions during his first year in the industry. He is known for his practical, relationship-focused approach and strong understanding of the Texas real estate market, helping clients maximize value while navigating complex transactions with confidence.

Originally from India, Bhaidani earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Pune. He has lived in Colleyville, Texas, since 2005 with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines and playing pickleball.
