Ronald J. Balys

Ron Balys joined Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in April 2013. Ron is responsible for securing debt on all asset types nationwide utilizing funding sources including banks, credit unions, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and private money.

Ron has sourced over $1.5 billion in loans nationwide. He has been one of the youngest MMCC originators to achieve the National Achievement Award (NAA) on his first year as an Originator at the firm. During his career at MMCC, he has been amongst the top ten originators. Ron has been a regular recipient of the National Achievement Award and Chairman’s Club Award.

Ron is a graduate of the University at Buffalo. He also obtained a certificate from UCLA Extension in Real Estate Investments. Ron holds a sales license from the California Department of Real Estate and is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association.

Ron has been married to his wife Mandy since 2020 and has two sons, Brady and Knox. In his spare time, he enjoys playing and watching sports, attending church and being outdoors.
