Ricardo Esteves

Ricardo Esteves is a Senior Director of Investments at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in the sale of net-leased assets nationwide. He is a partner in the Issenberg & Britti Group, one of the top-performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country and is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute.

Over the course of his career, Ricardo has been directly responsible for the disposition of several hundred properties, with total transaction volume exceeding $1 billion. His extensive experience spans corporate sale-leaseback programs, 1031 exchanges, estate planning strategies, and complex portfolio transactions. He has built a strong and diverse client base that includes many of the nation's leading institutional real estate firms, publicly traded REITs, private equity funds, developers, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.

Ricardo is known for his commitment to delivering exceptional results. He takes a proactive, client-first approach, ensuring complete alignment with his clients’ goals and consistently striving to exceed expectations.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Ricardo held leadership roles at several Fortune 100 companies, most recently serving as a Senior Manager at American Express. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Kean University.
