With a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a passion for real estate, Philippe started his career as a financial analyst for one of the most prominent and ambitious commercial real estate developers in Montreal. Along with his strong interest in real estate investment, he has been able to use his knowledge and his rigor in maintaining and optimizing family real estate properties. Today he brings his expertise and advisory mindset to his clients in Mickaël Chaput’s team at Marcus & Millichap. In his spare time, you will find him on the ski slopes.

Titulaire d’un baccalauréat en comptabilité et passionné par l’immobilier, Philippe a débuté sa carrière en tant qu’analyste financier pour l’un des plus importants et ambitieux développeurs en immobilier commercial à Montréal. Fort de son intérêt pour l’investissement immobilier, il a su mettre à contribution ses connaissances et sa rigueur dans le maintien et l’optimisation de l’immobilier familial.
