Paul Winterowd

Paul Winterowd joined the Salt Lake City office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in June 2023. Mr. Winterowd is responsible for securing commercial debt and equity financing for an array of property types including multifamily, office, industrial, retail and hospitality. He maintains relationships with local, regional and national funding sources, including commercial banks, life insurance companies, CMBS lenders, debt funds and agency lenders.

Prior to joining MMCC, Mr. Winterowd spent seven years at Bonneville Multifamily Capital and was most recently a Director at StackSource. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Utah and a Master of Business Administration degree from Brigham Young University.
