With nearly two decades of experience, he is recognized as a premier investment broker in Silicon Valley and among the top multifamily brokers nationwide. He specializes in complex investment strategies, including 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, frequently guiding clients into larger apartment portfolios to achieve long-term wealth preservation.
