Kol Bailey

Kol Bailey specializes in the acquisition and disposition of self-storage, RV, and boat storage properties across Arizona, with a focus on both primary and secondary markets including Phoenix MSA, Prescott Valley, Flagstaff, Tucson,
and Lake Havasu. Kol’s background combines a deep understanding of self-storage operations, construction development trends, and capital market dynamics, allowing him to deliver value to clients whether they are pursuing a sale, refinancing, or
exploring new development opportunities. Prior to joining the Investment Sales Space, Kol was a professional racing driver and coach. This led him to the world of sports management where he traveled the world mentoring, managing and coaching young racing drivers alongside the sport sponsorship brokerage space.

Kol attended Grand Canyon University with a B.S. in sports management. Kol and his wife Brenna reside in Phoenix, Arizona and are members at their local church. They also enjoy outdoor activities and staying fit.
