John Coy

Taylor Coy joined Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in October 2024 and is based in the firm’s Fort Worth office. He is responsible for sourcing debt and equity for all major property types, primarily focusing on multifamily and industrial properties. Taylor began his career in banking, joining Goldman Sachs on their CMBS lending team. Taylor also held several other positions within the firm including on-book bridge lending and asset management.

Taylor holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas A&M University and is an active committee member of the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo.
