John Brennan

John Brennan has brokered the sale of more than 150 investment buildings since the start of his career in 2012 and consistently ranks as a top producing broker in the Manhattan office of the firm. Some of Brennan’s notable career transactions include the package sale of two elevatored South Brooklyn rent-stabilized buildings totaling 150 units for $46,000,000, the sale of a seven building portfolio in Sunset Park totaling 124 units for $20,000,000, the sale of a residential development site in Prospect Lefferts Gardens for just over $15,000,000, the sale of a development site in Central Brooklyn for $9,000,000, the sale of an elevatored medical office building in Bay Ridge for $7,500,000, as well as a 32 unit Bay Ridge apartment building for $6,100,000. John Brennan has received the Marcus & Millichap Sales Recognition Award 9 times and qualified for Marcus & Millichap's National Achievement Award twice.

Brennan graduated from Boston University with a B.A. in Psychology. He grew up in Hoboken, NJ and currently lives there with his wife Samantha and son Alec. In his spare time he enjoys thinking about real estate, going to restaurants, sporting events, cooking, camping, traveling, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
