Jake Marshall

Based out of the Dallas office, Jake Marshall is responsible for securing debt and structured financing for commercial real estate properties across Texas and throughout the U.S. Jake’s advisory role includes originating, structuring, and executing throughout the capital stack, including senior mortgages, participating debt, mezzanine loans, preferred equity and joint venture equity.

Jake graduated from The University of Texas at Austin and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate. He is a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin.
