Greg Parker

Greg Parker is a Senior Director Investments with Marcus & Millichap’s GHP Multifamily Group in Denver, where he specializes in the disposition of mid-market and institutional multifamily communities across Colorado and the greater Mountain Region. A Colorado native and graduate of the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business, Greg brings a deep understanding of the state’s economic drivers, housing trends, and investor landscape.

Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2017, Greg has completed more than $800 million in multifamily transactions, representing a diverse range of clients, from private capital investors and family offices to regional and national institutions. Known for his analytical rigor and collaborative approach, he delivers value through detailed underwriting, strategic marketing execution, and skillful negotiation.
