Eric Pentore

Eric Pentore is a Senior Managing Director of IPA-Marcus & Millichap. Eric, along with his business partners Vic Nolletti and Westley Klockner, oversees IPA-Marcus & Millichap’s Northeast multifamily operations. Since joining the firm in 2007, Eric has been instrumental in the growth and expansion of the team, which focuses exclusively on the sale of apartment communities throughout Connecticut, New York, and New England.

Based in Connecticut, Eric has been involved in the multifamily real estate market for most of his life. He is actively involved in all aspects of each transaction — from evaluating assets and preparing marketing materials to qualifying and vetting buyers, coordinating inspections, securing financing, and working with attorneys and third parties to ensure a seamless process.

Having grown up in Connecticut, Eric has lived in the state for most of his life. His experience navigating the Great Financial Crisis helped shape the strong, trusted relationships he maintains with multifamily investors throughout the Northeast. His primary focus is understanding the needs of his clients and acting in their best interests.

Throughout his career, Eric has sold more than 27,000 apartment units across Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Florida, totaling more than $4.4 billion in transaction volume. His experience spans both single-asset transactions and large portfolio assignments.

Mr. Pentore received a B.S. in Business Management and Organization from Central Connecticut State University, where he served as captain of the University Men’s Golf Team from 2004 to 2006. He is a member of the National Multi Housing Group.
