David Covarrubias

David Covarrubias joined Marcus & Millichap in 2013 under Marcus & Millichap’s prestigious Sales Intern Program. He was promoted to Associate in 2014. Mr. Covarrubias is focused on commercial real estate investment sales in the 1–10-million-dollar asset value range. In 2023 Mr. Covarrubias was promoted to First Vice President.

Mr. Covarrubias leverages his real estate background to presently focus on multi-family investments throughout the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire. As a San Gabriel Valley native, and with more than 20 years of financing and brokerage experience with over $700,000,000 in financing and investment sales, clients enjoy access to Mr. Covarrubias’ deep knowledge of the surrounding areas and unique deal making skillset.
Importantly, Mr. Covarrubias serves as a sounding board and trusted advisor to clients regarding property management. In this advisory capacity, he adds value to clients’ real estate holdings with his vast network of professionals ready to assist in all aspects of real estate investing. Helping his clients achieve success in all aspects of their real estate investments is Mr. Covarrubias’ passion, not a job.

When not in the office or with clients, you can find David with his family. He is blessed with his wife Sarah, his daughter Brooklyn and son Jacob. David and Sarah are avid supporters of the following church, school, and nonprofits: Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Western Christian School, Tunnel to Towers Foundation and Navy Seal Foundation.
