Connor Smith is a Corporate Fellow Investment Sales Associate, specializing in the valuation, marketing, and disposition of multifamily assets for private owners throughout Central Massachusetts. Connor focuses on helping sellers maximize value through detailed underwriting, strategic positioning, and data-driven understanding of fast-changing tertiary markets.

Connor provides clients with clear analytics, proactive guidance, and a relationship-driven approach that supports decision-making at every stage of the ownership cycle. His mission is to deliver the confidence and clarity owners need to navigate the market and execute successful dispositions across Massachusetts

A native of Medfield, Massachusetts, Connor brings meaningful historical context and a deep understanding of local market dynamics, insight that has proven invaluable in educating new buyers on the trends shaping multifamily investment in the region.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, he worked as an apartment leasing broker in New Haven, CT, while he completed his bachelor’s degree at Yale University, where he was an All-Ivy League selection offensive lineman on the Varsity Football team.

Outside of the office, Connor enjoys skiing, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.
