Berk Petersohn

Berk Petersohn is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap's Philadelphia office, specializing in retail investment sales and net lease investment properties. He advises private investors, property owners and 1031 exchange buyers on the acquisition and disposition of retail assets throughout the Philadelphia market.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Petersohn brings local market knowledge and an asset-focused approach to every assignment. He specializes in retail and net lease properties, helping clients evaluate market opportunities, property positioning and investment strategies. His analytical background and client-first approach support informed decision-making throughout the transaction process.

Petersohn graduated with honors from Temple University, where he developed a strong analytical foundation and an interest in commercial real estate investment. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia's Real Estate and Construction group (JFRE). Outside of work, he enjoys playing ice hockey, golfing and following Philadelphia sports.
