Over his career, Aaron has sold almost $1 billion in sales, completed nearly 700 transactions, and has been one of the top multifamily brokers in San Diego over the last 20+ years. Aaron leads a highly specialized multifamily team that includes a dedicated financial analyst, an operations director, and four licensed agents. A graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, Aaron began his real estate career with a multifamily developer in Cincinnati before relocating to San Diego in 2001 to join Marcus & Millichap. He now holds the title of Senior Managing Director of Investments with the firm’s National Multi-Housing Group.
