Tim Speck serves as executive managing director and chief revenue officer for Marcus & Millichap’s Southwest, Mountain, and Northwest Divisions. In this role, he is focused on driving revenue growth, raising activity levels, and strengthening the firm’s market share and competitive position across the region.
Mr. Speck joined Marcus & Millichap in 1993 as a sales assistant in the Dallas office. With the formation of the firm’s research department in 1996, he relocated to the Phoenix office and became a divisional research manager. During his tenure, he was charged with establishing local research departments in selected Marcus & Millichap offices across the country and was instrumental in the formation of the firm’s central market research group.
Prior to accepting the regional manager role in Dallas, Mr. Speck served as sales manager in the Phoenix office. He also led the firm’s Major Account Services (MAS) group and played a key role in developing some of the industry’s leading marketing, packaging, and financial analysis models. Under his leadership, the Dallas office has grown into one of the firm’s top-performing offices. He remains deeply involved in agent development, facilitating several training classes each year and mentoring professionals at every stage of their careers.
Mr. Speck attended Texas A&M University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance.
