Ryan Nee

Ryan D. Nee serves as executive managing director and chief revenue officer for Marcus & Millichap’s Southeast and Mid-Atlantic Division. In this role, he is focused on driving revenue growth, raising activity levels, and strengthening the firm’s market share and competitive position across the region.  

Mr. Nee joined Marcus & Millichap in February 2007 under the Sales Intern Program and became an associate specializing in Office & Industrial properties that same year. He was promoted to Senior Associate in 2010. He entered management in 2011 as Sales Manager of the Fort Lauderdale office before transferring to the Manhattan office in 2012. In 2013, he was appointed Regional Manager of the New Jersey office and returned to Florida in 2014 to lead the Fort Lauderdale office as Regional Manager. Mr. Nee was promoted to Vice President in 2015, First Vice President in 2018, Senior Vice President in 2022, and Executive Managing Director in 2025.  

He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Florida. He and his wife, Brittney, have three children: Bobby, Blake, and Ella.
