Michael L. Glass serves as executive managing director, chief revenue officer, and national manufactured housing director for Marcus & Millichap’s Midwest Division. In this role, he is focused on driving revenue growth, raising activity levels, and strengthening the firm’s market share and competitive positioning.  

Mr. Glass joined the firm in 2001 under the Sales Intern Program and became an investment associate specializing in multifamily properties. He joined the management team in 2006 as Sales Manager of the Chicago office. He was promoted to Regional Manager of the Cleveland office in 2007, and over the following years took on leadership of the Columbus office in 2009 and the Cincinnati office in 2013. During this time, Mr. Glass led the Cleveland office to become one of the firm’s top performers. In 2016, he was appointed District Manager, expanding his oversight to five offices. He became Senior Vice President and Division Manager of the Midwest in 2019. 

Throughout his tenure, Mr. Glass has been involved in, and overseen thousands of transactions totaling several billion dollars and led the firm’s first acquisition following its IPO. 

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Glass was a credit analyst with LaSalle Bank/ABN AMRO. He holds a degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Arizona.
