Brian Hosey

Brian Hosey is the Senior Managing Director / Market Leader for the Washington, D.C, Baltimore, and Philadelphia offices.  

Brian joined Marcus & Millichap in 2010 as an agent in the firm’s Manhattan office specializing in the sale of multifamily assets. In 2013, he was promoted to Sales Manager, followed by another promotion to Regional Manager of the firm’s New Jersey office in 2014. In 2020, Brian relocated to Washington, D.C.  

Brian graduated magna cum laude from Syracuse University with dual bachelor’s degrees in business and communications. In his spare time, Brian enjoys aviation, photography, and playing the bass guitar and drums.
