Jason Hernandez advises developers, private, and institutional clients in the sale and acquisition of net-leased retail and medical properties on a nationwide basis. Based out of Marcus & Millichap’s Sacramento office, Jason is a lead advisor with Glass & Partners of Marcus & Millichap who works in the capacity of advisor and implementer to numerous corporate, institutional and private clients, private equity groups, preferred developers, franchisers, franchisees, and build-to-suit specialists.

Jason Hernandez is a First Vice President with Marcus & Millichap, as well as a Director of the Net Leased Properties Group and the National Retail Group.
