Eymon Binesh is a distinguished investment specialist and Senior Managing Director at Marcus & Millichap’s founding office in Palo Alto. Renowned as a market leader in the Bay Area, Eymon specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily and retail properties nationwide, with a strong emphasis on the Bay Area market.

Eymon launched his career in July 2018 and quickly made history by closing over $100 million in investment sales within his first year—earning the title of National Rookie of the Year in 2019 among more than 80 offices across the U.S. and Canada. His record-setting performance marked the highest production ever by a first-year agent in the 55-year history of the Palo Alto office.
Since then, Eymon has consistently ranked among the Top 10 agents in the Palo Alto office and has received multiple accolades, including National Achievement Awards, Sales Recognition Awards, and the Rising Star Award.

At the age of 26, Eymon became one of the youngest First Vice Presidents in the company's history. By 29, he was among the youngest to reach Senior Vice President. In 2026, at 30 years old, he is one of the youngest ever nominated to Senior Managing Director. He has successfully brokered over $680,000,000 in commercial real estate transactions since January 2019.

Eymon holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Oregon.
