Who We Are

Wyatt specializes in multifamily investment properties with a focus on new construction assets and development sites within San Diego County. He is a graduate of the University of San Diego with a double major in Real Estate and Finance. Wyatt first joined Zorbas Huffman & Partners in 2019 while attending the University of San Diego, where he was a collegiate rugby athlete and competed in the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) University Challenge, an elite competition for top real estate students that sparked his interest in development. Wyatt’s college background, combined with Zorbas Huffman & Partners’ process, has provided him with a robust knowledge base and skill set that he applies daily. He takes pride in crafting custom plans for his clients to maximize returns, mitigate risks, and achieve their investment goals.
