Who We Are

Phil Schrager is a valued member of The Zorbas Huffman Group, one of San Diego's premier investment sales brokerage teams. Originally born and raised in Omaha, NE, before moving to Solana Beach, Phil brings his Midwestern values and customer-first approach to his advisory services. His primary focus is on private client and mid-market multifamily assets in the North County San Diego region.

Before joining the brokerage side in early 2023, Phil honed his skills in leasing and property management to begin his career. During this time, he successfully assisted with the lease-up of two Class A apartment communities, both ranging from 240 to 300 units. This experience provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the lease-up process and the strategies needed to stabilize properties effectively.

Phil’s background allows him to engage seamlessly with a variety of industry stakeholders, including vendors, lenders, architects, and developers. His commitment to creating tailored plans and personalized strategies empowers his clients to maximize returns, mitigate risks, and achieve their investment objectives.
