Who We Are

Austin Ray Huffman, a San Diego native, went to Chapman University in Orange County and majored in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship and minored in Psychology. Austin, his wife, and son currently live in Encinitas.

Mr. Huffman specializes in San Diego multifamily, a city where his grandfather, Ray Huffman, constructed over 650 apartment buildings between the 1960s and 1990s. Austin’s father, Steve Huffman, was also a prominent broker in the marketplace for over 30 years. As the third generation Huffman in San Diego apartments, Austin strives to provide pristine service and superior results for his clients.

Mr. Huffman has worked at Marcus & Millichap since 2017 and is one of the founding members of "The Zorbas Huffman Group," a premier multifamily brokerage team that covers all corners of San Diego County. Austin's hands-on approach, coupled with his intimate knowledge of the market, has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor and partner among his peers and clients alike. His relentless pursuit of excellence and data driven approach has been evident throughout his career. During his tenure at the firm, Mr. Huffman has listed and closed more than $450 million in commercial real estate transactions.
