Who We Are

Hank Wolfer is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap's Atlanta office, specializing in net lease investment properties and retail investment sales. He advises private investors, property owners and 1031 exchange buyers on the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net lease and retail assets throughout the United States.

With over 15 years at Marcus & Millichap, Hank has completed more than 250 transactions totaling more than $600 million in sales. As a member of the Wolfer-Breshears Group, he helps clients improve cash flow, evaluate sale-leaseback opportunities, navigate 1031 exchanges, strengthen portfolio performance and make informed investment decisions through detailed market analysis and targeted investor outreach. His client-first approach is built on honesty, thoroughness, and consistent communication, with a focus on understanding each client's financial objectives before recommending a strategy.

Hank began his career as an intern with Marcus & Millichap while completing his business and marketing degree at the University of Washington's Foster School of Business. Since then, he has built long-term relationships with investors across the country, contributing to transactions in 40 states. Early in his career, Hank was recognized for his outstanding performance with Rookie of the Year and Rising Star honors. He has since received multiple company sales achievement awards, including Marcus & Millichap's National Achievement Award in 2021.

Outside the office, Hank enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, coaching youth sports and volunteering with organizations including DREW Dads and Neighbor in Need. He also enjoys golfing, fly fishing and traveling with his family.
