Who We Are

After completing his Air Force training and graduating from UCF, Alex discovered a passion for business and decided to further his education through UCF’s full-time MBA program. During the spring semester of the program, he began a Commercial Real Estate internship with a boutique brokerage firm in Orlando. It was there that he developed a strong interest in the commercial real estate industry and wanted to learn more.

In May 2023, Alex was presented with the opportunity to join The Valiani Group at Marcus & Millichap, where he began training and working toward his real estate license while completing the final semester of his MBA. By the time he graduated in August 2023, Alex had already gained hands-on experience in the field and confirmed his commitment to a career in commercial real estate—drawn by its potential for growth, autonomy, and continuous learning.

Specializing in Multi-Tenant Retail Properties throughout the Southeast, Alex has closed 23 transactions totaling over $90 million within his first two and a half years. These deals span various markets across Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. Through his transactions and the comprehensive training at Marcus & Millichap, Alex has developed a thorough understanding of the Multi-Tenant Retail Sector, and many other skills necessary to succeed in the industry such as sales.

He takes pride in helping clients achieve the highest possible sale price for their assets through a smooth, efficient, and hassle-free process, while also providing strategic advisory services throughout the ownership cycle.
