Michael Ettedgui is an Associate for The Peters Team, specializing in the sale of multifamily, mixed-use, & development properties in Central and Eastern Brooklyn.

Michael’s real estate journey started long before he became an agent. He gained a deep knowledge of the multifamily industry through family exposure. Michael had the opportunity to witness the ins and outs of the marketplace through his family’s 30 years of experience in the industry. The family business specializes in management and development of multifamily buildings throughout Brooklyn & NYC.

Michael specializes in advising property owners, underwriting properties and portfolios of all sizes, and executing sales transactions on an exclusive basis. With extensive knowledge and expertise, Michael can analyze and evaluate even the most complex properties, as well as equip clients with the proper tools for improving their property’s overall performance.

Michael prioritizes forging long-term relationships and focuses on the goals and needs of his clients above all else. His services allow owners to understand and trust the sales process, and he leverages his market knowledge to provide all his clients with a consummate view of the investment sales market. Michael has access to the industry's largest network of buyers & sellers of commercial real estate not only in Brooklyn, but Nationwide.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Michael graduated from The Ohio State University as a first-generation college student with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in Real Estate.
