Jack Sullivan is an Associate with The Peters Team, specializing in the sale of multifamily, mixed-use, and development properties in Flatbush & Prospect Lefferts Gardens.

Jack’s connection to these communities runs deep—long before entering real estate, he spent years living in Brooklyn and developed a thorough understanding of the area. His family has owned and operated a neighborhood institution since the 1970s, giving Jack a personal and long-standing relationship with the neighborhoods he now serves professionally.
Jack advises property owners on underwriting, valuation, and sales strategies across portfolios of all sizes. With extensive market expertise, he is equipped to analyze even the most complex assets and help clients improve their property's overall performance.

He is committed to building long-term relationships and puts his clients' goals and needs at the forefront of every transaction. By guiding owners through the sales process with transparency and precision, Jack ensures they have a full understanding of the market landscape. He also leverages access to one of the largest networks of commercial real estate buyers and sellers—not just in Brooklyn, but across the country.

Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Jack earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a double major in Real Estate and Finance from the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business.
