Jason's expertise includes structuring sale-leasebacks, providing comprehensive portfolio evaluations, facilitating 1031 exchange transactions, negotiating lease extensions and buyouts, and also sourcing qualified buyers for distressed businesses/assets.

In under 5 years, Jason has had the opportunity to facilitate over 125 deals representing more than $400 million in transaction volume. This rapid accumulation of experience is a testament to his dedication in helping clients achieve their goals and fostering relationships built on trust and success.

Based in Marcus & Millichap's Los Angeles office, Jason has a distinct edge in helping his national clients achieve great returns by connecting them with his wide network of California investors. These investors, experienced in the challenges of owning property in California, are keen on seeking attractive out-of-state investment options. Jason bridges that gap, making the experience a fruitful one for everyone involved.

Prior to joining Marcus and Millichap, Jason worked for the U.S. House of Representatives where he reviewed and drafted legislation for the subcommittee on Financial Institutions and Consumer Credit and the subcommittee on Insurance, Housing, and Community Opportunity.
